MRF Recipients
After redistributing $738,000 to 27 community-led relief efforts since we launched in May, the Mass Redistribution Fund has temporarily paused our fundraising. But COVID's impacts on our communities has not abated, and our grassroots groups continue to provide critical relief by distributing food and supplies, providing rental assistance, managing multi-lingual help hotlines and more, while continuing to organize and lead policy campaigns for a just recovery.
We encourage you to support their ongoing relief and recovery efforts by donating directly to one or more of the 27 grassroots groups listed below. If you are able, please consider committing to the long-term success of these community-led efforts by becoming a monthly sustainer (an ongoing donor). Follow the links below to learn more about each group's relief efforts.
About our Grassroots Partners
Based in historically exploited communities, grassroots organizations are working around the clock to support us and our neighbors through the COVID-19 pandemic. Recipients include low-income renters facing eviction, undocumented families and workers, people in detention or prison, and many others facing disproportionate impacts of the economic and public health crisis.

These 27 community-led relief efforts were selected according to funding criteria and allocation guidelines developed by the MRF's grassroots Advisory Board.
